Description

In a recent study, our group demonstrated that STAG2 binds R-loops and protects them from degradation. We also found evidence that STAG2 may perform this function at enhancers to preserve their activity. This study combines multiple HTS datasets from public and private sources to characterize the R-loop/STAG2 interaction at enhancers.
