Description

Recent evidence has revealed the central contribution of epigenetic dysregulation in organismal aging. Curiously, R-loops seem to play an important physiological role in preserving normal epigenetic stability. In this project, we will generate DRIP-Sequencing data in epigenetically-aged cells along with several other sequencing datasets.
