Description

R-loops are vitally important but poorly understood. By integrating dozens of datasets across multiple studies, we aim develop a systems model of R-loop biology. This will include activities such as uncovering and characterizing conserved vs transient R-loops and finding R-loops that associate with particular biological conditions.
